Job Description:
General office administration
Answering the phone when ringing and available
Office maintenance, organizing (cleaning & gardening staff and supplies)
Ordering & managing office supplies
Quotations on Pastel send to clients
Assist in Stock taking and loading on excel
Updating Pricing list and sending new pricelist to clients as well as communication
Requesting supplier quotes and Invoices
Updating of spreadsheets from time to time
Min Requirements:
Matric certificate
Some prior exposure to accounts doing quotations on Pastel
Excel Experience and good understanding
Attention to detail
Programs: Microsoft Office word, excel, email, internet
