Debtors Clerk (Montague Gardens, Cape Town)

Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric certificate

Minimum 5 years relevant debtors book experience

Target and deadline orientated

Computer literate with proficiency on MS Office and Sage Evolution

Must be well-spoken and articulate

Attention to detail and ability to cope under pressure

Duties and Responsibilities:

Management of the debtor’s function in terms of administration and accounting

Follow up on outstanding documents

Resolve queries with branches and suppliers

Filing and other administrative duties

Collection of outstanding debt

Allocating accounts and attending to queries

Maintenance of debtor’s accounts (open accounts, limit increases etc.)

Ensure that all processing for the month-end is completed by month-end deadlines

Salary R12 000 – R15 000 pm CTC

Start date: ASAP
