Job Purpose

As the Order Fulfilment Specialist, you will contribute to this by ensuring the highest possible service level for distributors and key accounts, meeting customers’ expectations in complete fulfillment of their orders.

Key Accountabilities

In line with the job purpose, key accountabilities will entail the following:

Responsible for the design, definition and negotiation of Supply Chain solutions between Mondelez and its customers in order to improve productivity and drive cost reduction
Conduct and execute continuous improvement projects for Customer Service and Logistics
Create and update analysis, reports and charts as per business requirements
Complete, update and monitor the list of ideas that can become potential projects within Customer Service and Logistics
Support commercial, route to market and minimum order quantity initiatives and in so doing increase customer satisfaction
Drive the South African customer service maturity matrix;
Manage Customer-Managed Inventory/Vendor Managed Inventory Programs as an input to IBP process with specific customers for best in class service
Works with Logistics Operations and the Customer Supply Team to develop productivity initiatives with the customers and or intermediaries
Work with Sales, Marketing, Product Supply and Product Change Management departments to properly execute launches of New Product Development (NPD)
Develop customer and channel strategies and manage customer agreements where applicable.
Drive customer master data alignment and global distribution system electronic catalogue initiatives (to improve the level of service and drive case fill rate and invoice accuracy)
Participate in regular customer meetings e.g. quarterly meetings to review service levels
Perform customer and consumer analysis and review processes in order to identify potential areas for improvement; Ensure a high-level quality of service and act as the voice of the customer within Mondelez
Participate in international/regional task forces/projects
Analyze, resolve and take action with the relevant stakeholders to correct or change priorities according to changes in product availability or process changes
Full understanding and awareness of customers’ schedules and ways of working

Person Specification

It is expected that the ideal candidate will as a minimum have:

3 years’ experience in end to end Supply Chain
Tertiary qualification
Demonstrable abilities in production planning, researching, responding to and resolving sales order, logistics, product allocation and shipping inquiries and other related issues utilizing established Sales Order Management systems
Good verbal and written communication skill
Professional aptitude and decision-making
Advanced problem solving skill
Excellent people skills
Success in this role will be contingent on the incumbent’s ability to:

Manage, motivate team;
Effectively manage stakeholders.
