A 5* and very exclusive country house with an award-winning fine-dining restaurant, situated in the picturesque Franschhoek Valley, seeks a qualified Duty / Guest Liaison Manager.
Our client will only consider candidates, who have worked in the upper end of the boutique hotel market and who feel comfortable in an environment below 30-suites & bedrooms.
The chosen candidate will have to:
Reports to the General Manager (as one of 3 others)
Do restaurant shifts
Do stock takes and costing
Do ordering of various stocks, excluding food
Need to be strong in Restaurant Management and/ or F&B
Marketing skills would be to your advantage
Need to be strong in general and property management
This is not a live-in position and you would need to leave in the area or be prepared to relocate.
No Pension or Medical Aid is offered
Our client would like to appoint a candidate who could assist in Housekeeping so a Junior Housekeeping Manager or Housekeeping Supervision experience would be beneficial

Own vehicle, driver’s license a pre-requisite
