Key Responsibilities & Duties

Day to day running of the bar & restaurant
Maintaining operational standards
Managing and maintaining cost control
Stock control & ordering
Full management of all venue staff including management teams. Including recruitment, training, HR file management & rotas
Creation and implementation of new business strategies
Reporting to business owners & shareholders

Qualifications & Skills

All we ask for is a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similarly high-level management role. You must also have a clean criminal record as you’ll be required to submit a section 40 license.
