Our client is one of the leading companies in processed meats, particularly within the pork industry, and they are looking for a Deboning Floor Supervisor. The candidate will plan and direct the deboning functioning of the company, including receiving and movement process of raw material within the factory.

The candidate must be able to:

Draft and implement a physical flow diagram
Delegate and work with the team

The responsibilities involved:

Direct and delegate the meat processing flow;
Identify and address problematic areas;
Direct and perform butcher function on a mass scale;
Train, guide, lead and motivate team;
Ensure health and safety measures are adhered to;
Adhere to safety standards;
Ensure appropriate turnaround time;
Prepare reports

The following requirements apply:

Minimum Grade 12.
Fresh meat processing qualification essential.
Knowledge of processed meat would be beneficial.
Exceptional knowledge and skill in the deboning function.
Ability to articulated and drive plans.
Experience in the FMGC industry. Most beneficial in the Meat industry.
