Job Description

In Customer Service, you’ll be part of a creative family who is the voice of A Good Company. You won’t read from a script. We’ll trust you to deliver flawless service to our customers in your own style. And have joy in the process doing so.

What You’ll do:

Respond to Customer Inquiries via several channels (Chat, social networks and Email);
Provide information with regards to products/services and other related inquiries;
Be the face of A Good Company to our customers.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

Experienced in customer service (minimum of 1 year)
Fluent in English and French, Spanish or German (beneficial);
Proficient in the use of IT systems, our systems are all online based state of the art
Highly skilled in written and verbal communication;
Skilled in listening;
Able to work under pressure.
