RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE (BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO):

Reception & Switchboard duties to include greeting and welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person and make them aware of relevant H & S requirements.
Order and maintain relevant office supplies
Manage Boardroom bookings and organize catering
Advise on and arrange travel and accommodation requirements for both local staff and overseas visitors
Assist HR Business Partner with coordination and arrangement for any site functions and community/charity events
Manage the Time & Attendance system and manage weekly timesheets for staff and overseas visitors
Compile monthly overtime reports and distribute to managers for approval
Assist HR Business Partner with Administrative duties with regards to recruitment, Training, Filing and third-party payments

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL MEET WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12
Secretarial / Reception / HR Certificate / Diploma preferred
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a strong command of business communication on all levels
Accurate typing skills with strict attention to detail.
Strong multi-task skills and the ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
Intermediate Computer skills – particularly in MS Office Suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience working on a busy switchboard
Excellent command of English with strong capacity to compose e-mails and reports
Customer Service orientated
Able to adjust effectively to work within new structures, processes, requirements, and cultures
Knowledge and experience to compile and submit an annual Workplace Skills Training Plan will be an advantaged.

Able to communicate with staff on all levels.
