Shaw Academy is seeking an Educator for our Diploma in Fitness.
The ideal candidate will have excellent skills and experience in Fitness. They will also have excellent presentation skills, ideally with training or online education background (not essential).
The Role:
· Teaching a global audience of thousands of students each week.
· Build lesson plans and learning outcomes.
· Create content that is both highly informative, practical and educational in the subject of Fitness, at and up to an advanced level
· Develop and create all content using Powerpoint to teach the course, this would consist of 4 modules of between 8-10 lessons (c. 35 mins each)
· Use recording and editing software to create engaging and informative lessons which will be delivered via our proprietary software system
· Develop a variety of quizzes and assignments to enable students to test themselves and qualify for a diploma, and other support material
· Support and work with our sales and customer support team to ensure that students get all questions answered
· Monitoring and revamping your lessons regularly with new innovations in Fitness
· Use data and student feedback to drive enhancements of your lessons
· Think about other courses to build out the faculty
What you’ll bring to the team:
· 3-5 years Fitness experience
· Recognised and relevant qualification
· Passion for educating and teaching people about Fitness
· Skilled in Microsoft software such as Power Point but also knowledge of Word, Excel, & Outlook.
