Desired Skills and Experience
1-year experience in an inside sale, customer success, business development manager, call center or telesales role with excellent consultative selling and closing skills.
Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills
A hunger and drive to overachieve and succeed.
Thrives in dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
Knowledge of online education a plus
Office located in Johannesburg
Responsibilities:
Provide customer support from product trial, 1st purchase, and onward to strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify common customer challenges and actively suggest better solutions.
A strong desire to learn and define an emerging function in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment
Upselling optional courses and packages to students based on their needs.
Customer retention and win backs
Daily reporting and summary of work done
Meeting specific daily and weekly KPIs.
