Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Technical Project Lead on key departmental milestones and deliverables • Planning, organizing and controlling a fleet of durability/functional test vehicles • Accurate identification, analysis and reporting on problems encountered during functional/durability testing • Preparation, analysis and management of measured vehicle data • Compiling detailed reports and results • Ensuring special test requirements are timeously met as per specification • Liaising with local and international engineers on a daily basis • Application of sound project management principles to achieve planned departmental objectives and project milestones

Education and Experience

ESSENTIAL: • Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering • Extensive software programming knowledge (Matlab, C++ etc.) • Driver’s license (minimum Code 08) with 3-5 years driving experience PREFERRED: • BSc in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering • Software and programing proficiency advantageous

ESSENTIAL: • Willing to travel nationally and internationally • Team player with strong communication and organizational skills • Strong project management skills and experience PREFERRED: • German language proficiency
