Position in Sandton

For an experienced contract administrator/editor
Must have experience in the Insurance/Investment or Stockbroking industry

To assist with the formatting & review of documentation, uploading and procuring signature of documentation
The role will report to Exco, Legal & Compliance
Extensive experience in dealing with administration and formatting of documentation is required
The role calls for a person with good attention to detail

Experience in dealing with contract & document administration and formatting
Good written & reading skills crucial
Proven record of administrative experience
Bachelors in English, law or other; paralegal, editor, secretarial, personal assistant

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage contracts & documentation database
Attend to editing of documentation and categorising
Attend to document uploads, onboarding, general commercial requirements
and administrative work
Procuring signature of documentation via electronic document management
platforms
Ensure all KYC Documentation collated are compliant
Perform Sanctions Screening
Ongoing Due Diligence on clients as per Risk Management Compliance
Programme.
Analytical – Collects, research, and process data and information in an intuitive manner, and develops effective processes.
