You will be responsible to provide lifting and loading support for material movement and mobile crane operations. This includes the driving of the crane on public roads as and when required.

Job Description:
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Load and unload materials and equipment to instructions
Effectively operate the crane for all crane related activities
Ensure that the crane is maintained according to set schedule
Identify any unexpected problems that could require higher level technical support to the crane
Conduct a full risk assessment for all major tasks
Identify actions that could prevent and improve safety and work performance
Support operational team members if and when they require help
Ensure effective two way communications with team members
Qualifications:
You should have:
Grade 10 Maths and English Literature
One year Mobile Crane operation experience
Valid Code 08 drivers licence
Valid Code 14 driver’s license (Advantageous)
Valid PRDP
Valid operating license – Mobile Crane 160Ton+ [obtained from a registered accredited authority]
