Full Job Description

Looking for an Executive/VIP Driver to act as the personal driver to the managing director.

Purpose:

To provide secure and timely driving to the Executive in a professional manner

Minimum Requirements:

Valid South African Drivers License with PdP
Minimum 5 years experience
Clear/Clean criminal record
Fluent in English
Have your own vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

Provide driving services to the Director
Safely and timely drive the Executive to work and back, and to occasions as required
Ensure that the car is clean at all times by booking car wash to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car
Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition before leaving daily
Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
Safely keep receipts for vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the Director’s vehicles (s)
Keep a travel log to record locations travelled to, travel time, and work hours
Willing to work overtime or occasional weekends & Public Holidays
To wear the uniform provided by the Company at all times when on duty or any professional dark/grey suit which should be clean, tidy and properly ironed all the time
Use vehicle for authorized business only
