Job Description:

Purpose of the job:

This position is responsible to provide general admin and office support services to the team in order to support cost effective business delivery to our customers and staff. Key performance areas: • Cross checking of POD’s received from Debrief with SOP, making sure that what • debrief stated they received is in fact what was received. • Comparing invoices received with outstanding POD’s. • Following up on outstanding POD’s- Email to be send to relevant person. If no • response is received in due time escalate to Bookkeeper, Debrief Manager and Driver • supervisor. • Mark off POD’s on the system daily and report outstanding POD’s to the Bookkeeper • Make sure all POD’s are Valid POD’s to all customer requirements. • Processing of credit notes, to be completed by 12H00 Checking of all credits to be • done before Posting on GP Cross Checking of other peer’s credits to be done daily • Resolving discrepancies on credit notes sent by Credit controllers or another peer’s • Resolve all POD queries within 48 Hours Prepare filing and send off to storage • Scanning of POD’s Relieving of other admin functions on ad-hoc basis as when needed

Qualification Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification Computer literate

Experience Requirements:
• FMCG experience an advantage • 2-3 Years’ experience in a similar role • Excel skills Intermediate level Excellent • communication skills

• Computer literate in Ms Office • Good written and oral communications skills • Attention to detail • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Willing to work extended hours if, and when required • Be prepared to work extra hours
