We are looking for people skilled in dealing with debtors and have the ability to successfully negotiate. We offer a base plus commission. The commission structure will be discussed with the potential candidates.

Brief Job Description/Overview:

Debt collection, tracing of absconded customers, visiting debtors at their employer or home address in order to discuss and sign off the necessary documentation with debtors. Tracers are required to ensure that their work is accurately completed and documents are handed in with all the relevant information. Attributes: Honesty, Loyalty, Assertiveness, Good Negotiator, Computer Literate and Hard Working. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers. Self-Motivated, Target Driven and the ability to work independently. Must be fluent in English and one additional language. Availability to work weekends, public holidays and overtime when required.

Face to face customer interaction is required 100% of the time, as the successful candidates need to visit debtors, discuss the handover of accounts, negotiate repayments, sign off the agreements and ensure that work is of the highest quality.
