Stock Recon Administrator (3PL) needed: APPLY HERE

Ideally you will have experience within the FMCG / Retail sector within a 3PL working environment. Reporting to the National Inventory Recon Manager, you will be required to compile Inventory recons. Ensure that the system Inventory reconciles internally, enabling the ongoing balancing to Client ERP Systems where applicable as per Client SLA. Calculating stock losses and ensuring customer satisfaction by attending to issues raised by all stakeholders specifically the client. In addition, ensuring that all early warning systems are in place to alert management to all stock losses.

Key Result Areas

Compile Reconciliation Reports per client SLA’s and as per timetable based on internal datasets
Compare company Recon Reports to client data and investigate and correct errors
Review Daily Risk Reports for accuracy and appropriateness
Extracting highlights of risks to Management
Attend stocktakes monitoring quality and compliance (per roster across 5 depots)
Client national inventory queries and specific recon investigations
Maintain good relations with client inventory administrators and DC Inventory staff
Identify ongoing improvement processes in Operations, IT & Reporting

Essential Qualifications

Matric with mathematics and accounting
Related Finance or Logistics Post matric qualifications will be an advantage

Experience

3 – 5 years’ inventory control experience in a 3PL type outsourced warehousing and distribution environment
Financial experience will be an advantage
