Housekeeper needed immediately: Salary R4 000 per month

We are looking for a live-in housekeeper to assist around the home with a number of services. We are looking for someone who brings good vibes and positive energy.

To do well in this role, you’ll need to have good communication skills, cooking experience and be able to follow recipes, be good with children, capable of working well with minimal supervision and able to complete a wide variety of domestic tasks. Good time management and prioritizing tasks will be a required skill.

The housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning, meal prep, laundry, organising and keeping the house in good order. The best fit will be someone clean, detail-oriented, and meticulous. Someone who knows how to manage there time effectively.

Accommodation will be provided. Willingness to work a variety of hours and days, including weekends and public holidays. Leave will only be permitted during the months of May to September.

Position responsibilities:

1. Full housekeeping, domestic cleaning tasks like sweeping, vacuuming, mapping all takes required to keep a home clean and tidy. Organise and sorting cupboards and spaces.

2. Caring for our children (9 & 7yrs)

3. Meal preping and some cooking. School/work lunches for family members; prep and on occasion cooking dinner (willing & able to learn some favourite’s family recipes)

5. Assist us with other home-based tasks as needed

7. Caring for dogs

8. Laundry & Ironing

Position Requirements
 Work hours: 45 – Week
 Experience: 3-5 years of full-time experience with working with children and keeping a routine.
 References: Minimum of 2-3 references
 Physical fit and able to manage the workload.
 This position is for a live-in.
 Salary of R4000
