Main Purpose Effective management of student contracts ensuring all documents, pricing, transfers are correct before invoicing commences. Ensuring timeously invoicing of all income as per accounting policies and processes.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Academics and Finance Hub on campus  Handle Transfers in and out between campuses
Ensure validity (contract signed and completed in full), accuracy (prices and modules correct and reasonable for the course when compared to planner), completeness (all supporting documents in place) and timely enrolment of contract on SalesForce
Adhere and implement accounting policies and processes of bursaries; one-month cancellation process and financial cancellations on SalesForce and Navision
Follow up on outstanding documentation
Create new students from integration table on Navision timeously
Ensure all currently enrolled students are invoiced timeously and accurately as per set deadlines and policies;
Check enrolment to physical class list to ensure all students are invoiced accordingly
Filing of contracts after invoicing
Monthly sales verification comparing class lists and Sales Force to Navision
Monthly sales verification between class lists and exam registers to Navision  Process all credit memos monthly in Navision once approved by Management  Attend to student / sponsor queries efficiently and timeously in a professional manner
Refunds (applicable to Tier 1 campuses with no Procurement Controller)
Procurement on campuses with no Procurement Controller (BL;NS;PS;VB)
Cash up of cashiers  Preparing bank deposits for collection by cash in transit company
Petty cash control
Any ad hoc duties that may be assigned by the line manager from time to time

**Qualifications**

Core competencies:

Extensive knowledge of the direct delivery business model and a thorough understanding of how a campus operates.

Customer-centric and diplomatic, ensuring problems are solved effectively whilst focusing on priorities.

Able to identify and improve the effectiveness of procedures and integrated processes in line with best practice and make recommendations for improvements that will deliver high-quality solutions to customers and stakeholders.

A strong communicator.

Experience using Navision and competency in using Excel & Word.

Monthly metrics reporting on revenue analysis to Head : Invoicing Control

Experience

At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

High level of communication skills both verbal and written.

Proven track record of process/system improvements.

Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines on a regular basis.

Working in a large global operation dealing with a matrix organization.

Rounded people management and communication skills. Desired

Qualifications

A tertiary qualification in a financial field is a preferable or relevant business experience.
